The SELF Programme is the result of Koen having worked with hundreds of people who have decided to change their lifestyles and habits to improve their health and well-being, in a sustainable way, for good.
It’s a 12 Week Exercise and Healthy Eating Programme, devised and personally delivered by Koen. The programme consists of 4 modules STRENGTH – EXERCISE – LIFESTYLE – FOOD each personalised for YOU, for YOUR GOALS, for YOURSELF.
This refreshing and life-changing programme can be delivered in-person (depending on location) or online.

Koen offers Personal Training either One-2-One or to couples, either in the privacy of your own home or garden, in a park local to you or online.
Koen is highly experienced in creating a bespoke fitness programme for you, based on your current fitness levels, what you enjoy doing and ultimately your goals.
Koen is qualified in a multitude of disciplines, meaning that he can keep his client’s workouts fresh, fun and effective. He works mostly with clients in their 40’s, 50’s and beyond who want to be fit, strong and healthy, without having to do one-size-fits-all back-breaking work outs and fad diets.
