What Can I really do about My Diet ?

Diet is one of the most SENSITIVE, PERSONAL and EMOTIVE subjects when it comes to health and well-being.

What we all want is to have the best of both worlds.

We still want to enjoy a glass of wine, but we want to eat some really good nutritious food at the same time.

Okay. So let’s do that!

What I provide to my clients is a good understanding of what foods they need to be eating.

So, we have what I call the BASE LAYER.

I show them a system for the way they shop, the way they buy, the way they prepare the food.

And once they get into that habit, they then have a great starting base to building a healthy sustainable diet.

They can still enjoy going out to restaurants and everything like that.

I never say to people “ You need to cut out this, you need to cut down on that”

It’s more about having the KNOWLEDGE and HABIT that “ If I eat all these things today, I’ve got it covered”

I make sure they drink plenty of water, yes, I make sure that I have at least five to 10 portions of vegetables and fruit in their bodies every day, which obviously gives lots of nutrients.

The Programme is delivered ONLINE and you are personally supported by Koen over the 12 weeks; depending on your location there may be an option to have a number of face-to-face training sessions.
